- Niren is a self-help journaling tool offering structured CBT exercises (such as thought records) and mood tracking.
What Niren is not
- Niren is not a medical device, not therapy, and not a substitute for professional mental health care, diagnosis or treatment. It does not provide medical advice and does not assess your condition.

If you are in crisis

AI suggestions
- When you enable AI suggestions, any text the AI returns is an automatically generated draft. It may be inaccurate or incomplete. You decide whether to use, edit or ignore it. You are responsible for what you keep in your journal.
No warranty
- Niren is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or result.
Subscriptions
- Some features may require a paid subscription, billed through your App Store account under Apple's standard terms. You can manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
Standard license
- Use of Niren is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/.../stdeula
